Duties included laying PVC pipe with fittings, poly-welding and laying poly pipe. Doing tie-ins, providing services, driving a loader, sanding trenches with the digger, and also dragging poly pipe in the trench with the digger.

Laying drainage ranging from 300 to 1,200 diameter pipe. Formworking, general concrete works.

Agricultural contracting involves drawing silage and maize. Racking, buck racking, hauling gravel, clay, and topsoils. Reseeding power is harrowing. Spreading slurry. Domestic plumbing, boilers, radiators, digging, and installing waven pipe.

Shuttering, cattle sheds, retaining walls, etc.

Block laying and concrete works, including yards, back streets, footpaths, etc. Drawing gravel with a tractor and dumper, loading gravel with a digger and loaders.

General laboring duties.
