• Assessed a real-world site for development by analysing physical constraints, surrounding context, access, vegetation, services, and topography.
• Conducted a full Highest and Best Use (HBU) analysis using planning policy, construction cost estimates, and market evidence to determine financially viable development outcomes.
• Proposed a schematic design considering NCC compliance, constructability, sustainability, and building code requirements, supported by plan and elevation sketches.

Investigation on Sustainable and Pervious Concrete Using Polypropylene Fibre
BMS Institute of Technology and Management – Jul 2020 to May 2021

• Investigated the impact of polypropylene fibre inclusion on the mechanical and permeability properties of pervious concrete.
• Conducted laboratory mix design trials and strength tests to evaluate compressive strength and infiltration capacity.
• Found that fibre-enhanced pervious concrete maintained acceptable permeability while significantly improving durability, making it suitable for stormwater management.

Bamboo Reinforced Concrete as a Sustainable Alternative to Steel
