• Worked with POS and LiveIn system to place orders, manage bills
• Helping regular and new customers with queries when they are ordering from QR code .
• Manage bookings.
• Communication with kitchen staff to deliver customer meals in timely manner.
• Pour beer from tap and change kegs.
• Assisting delivery personnel (Hungry Panda ,UberEats,Doordash).
• Served food and beverages promptly with focused attention to customer needs.
• Aiding in closing and opening processes and register .

Duties :

• Picked, weighed and packed vegetables , fruits , edible flowers and eggs big orders in a speedy and timely manner.
• Counting stock and restocking
• Maintaining a clean working environment
• Printed labels, tagging boxes, and scanning barcodes to upload package data to tracking system.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Greet and seating arrangements for the customers.
• Maintained customer satisfaction with timely table check-ins to assess food and beverage needs.
• Preparation of sandwiches, toasties, smoothies, freshly pressed juices, and milkshakes.
• Remained calm and poised when dealing with difficult customers or during busy shifts.

• Take orders and payment at till both in cash and EFTPOS
