At Whittens I was first hired for a job at Pilgangoora mining site on a Pilbara Minerals mine site.

On this site some of the tasks I carried out on a day to day basis were

• Forming pedestals
• Forming sumps
• Forming ring beams
• Forming ground slab's
• Forming walls
• Assisting Concreter’s

The next project for Whittens was at Flying Fish camp. This project which I am currently on is the building of a new camp site for the client FMG

On this job some of the tasks I carried out on a day to day basis were

• Prefabbing curved shutters and forming ring beams with them
• Forming ground slabs
• Forming footpaths
• Forming pedestals
• Making and fitting shelves, tables and other units for the office and crib room

Most of the work carried out on my time with Whittens has been done with conventional timber methods.

At Mount Keith Mines I worked as a formwork carpenter on a BHP mine site. A number of subcontractors were hired for a few months to help Westforce meet its deadline on the Sag part of the build.I worked for Westforce as a subcontractor through Ashbridge.On a day to day basis I undertook different tasks.

Some of the work involved:

• Forming pedastals
• Forming shutters for walls
• Forming the sump and ramps
• Using both timber and peri to form with
• Carrying out all these task within the health and safety regulations set out by BHP and Westforce.

At Kwinana Naval Base I'm subcontracted to JRC on a Genus job.

Some of the work involved on this job :

• Forming for blinding and slab pours
• Forming culverts and block outs
• Forming Shutters for walls

At Tigerform I worked on various sites carrying out formwork on mostly apartment blocks using conventional timber methods. Some of the work I carried out was :

• Building framework
• Building suspended decks
• Forming pit walls
• Forming columns
• Forming various stop ends and shutters where needed

Leinster Carpentry was a construction company who focused mostly on building extensions to existing buildings and some new builds.
Some of the work I done was

• Demolition of walls,roofs and other parts of existing infrastructure to prepare for extensions
• Measuring cutting and putting timber joists and beams into place for suspended flooring
• Constructing and fitting stud partition walls
• Assisted with timber frame roofing
• Formed for slabs and footpaths
