Review of products at ECCO Safety group that were being brought in as components and then assembled on a production line. This process required the use of silicone potting and would require 24 hours to cure and manual labour. The solution was that the company was selling enough of this item that we should have off-shored this product to come complete and assembled. Savings created for the company in doing so were upwards of $100k per year.
