Her 25-year career is a testament to her extensive leadership and management across commercial and non-profit sectors. She has held pivotal roles in diverse fields, including CEO and Senior Executive positions. Her exceptional acumen in navigating complex operating environments and driving organisational excellence is a hallmark of her professional journey. Her proven expertise spans various crucial functions, from Strategic Planning, Finance, and Operations to Enterprise Risk Management. Her deep experience developing and implementing modern Technology and Program Management functions, with a strong focus on transformation, further underscores her professional capabilities. Dascia is known for fostering relationships with key stakeholders and being highly tuned to finding common ground in complex stakeholder dynamics, including joint ventures, private-public partnerships, and other stakeholder groups to deliver outcomes that create value for all parties.
