• Competently utilize Manufacturing, and related process improvement (Work-study arrangements, Machine modifications) techniques to ensure the most cost-effective manufacturing process.
• Closely working with TOSHIBA Japan and getting Update with the new technology on TOSHIBA 100 / 130 / 200 Injection molding machines.
• Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Also, Assess and analyze current production methods (AR, PR, EE & OEE Calculations) and defects.
• Designing (by using SolidWorks), Validating molds, and testing new equipment, processes, procedures, and systems. In addition, preparing ISIR documents.
• Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, material costs, and sales forecasts.
• Prepare and review engineering documentation, designs, as built drawings, and technical product specifications for automation and protection-related equipment, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and legislative requirements.
• Guiding and mentoring technical professionals to foster their professional growth and skill development on substation design, automation, and protection works.
