  • Make recommendations to project team and executive directors based on analysis of due diligence and feasibility with allowance for market supply and demand, return to NSW Health, time, cost and risk .
  • Project management, due diligence (heritage, arborist, flood, contamination, adaptive re-use, design, highest and best use, planning & valuation) for property acquisition program for construction activities.
