  • Responsible for new member growth channels including Corporate, SME, Member Direct, Strategic Partnerships and Government. Expected in aggregate to acquire more than 450k new members in FY23/24.
  • Since 2016 have lead the team responsible for approx $60b in FUM sales and 600k high balance (value) members via the C&I segment and several small mergers (AustSafe, Kinetic, AVSuper). This has materially enhanced the economics of the Fund and created much needed geographic diversity.
  • Have established framework for diversifying growth channels in future years building member direct and employer platform capability. BEAM Employer platform is now a material new member channel expecting 100k new members in FY23/24. Emerging Member Direct capability is expecting 100k new members in FY23/24.
  • Long standing Chair of Corporate Transitions Board and Executive sponsor of all major SFTs and MCTs including Australia Post, Dell, Woolworths, Alcoa, AV Super, CBA Group Super, RBA, IAG/NRMA, BlueScope, Bendigo Bank, Dulux, Coca Cola Amatil, RACV, Oracle, BUPA and Bank of QLD.
  • Have built leading corporate transitions team in the sector and the leading employer relationship team. Currently building high performing member direct acquisition team and consolidating the Employer/Beam platform team. Review of digital team underway to position digital assets as market leading along with platform consolidation and uplift.
  • Have built ART Clearing House to be the third largest in Market and have transformed payroll partnership model into an economical, scalable proposition.
  • Have provided guidance and input to regulators view on fund mergers, SFTs and software distribution arrangements.
  • Coordinated closely with finance teams to develop budgets aligned with strategic goals and revenue targets, delivered consistent year on year budget savings (net of incremental growth/volume related uplift) and have re-directed FTE to new and emerging capabilities/roles ensuring continuity of both high growth and high customer (employer) satisfaction.
