• Implemented a sales report that allowed the company to control all the courses sold by the business partners. By using the report, the company was able to identify huge amounts of money that were owed to the company as some of the partners were not reporting their sales correctly.

Key Projects:

• Business analysis and implementation of a banking payment system to automate and control payments. The feature improved the efficiency and accuracy of the admin department in performing accounting tasks and report accuracy,
• Business analysis and implementation of changes in the legacy system to allow for the first time that RSA policies could be cancelled based on time of usage and policy type. This was a complex change in the system as there were many different scenarios that could change the amounts to be refunded to the customer.
