- In this role I was responsible for inspection of vehicles to determine legitimacy of the Identification. I also conducted analysis of registration records to conduct proactive rebirthing investigations
- A large number of vehicles inspected were written off vehicle applying for registration. This required assessment of damage and repairs to vehicles. i was also required to liaise with insurance companies and Auction companies.
- The role also required auditing of Authorised Inspection Stations and regulation of Motor Industry.
- I also have conducted investigations and compiled Briefs of evidence to put present to court for prosecution.
- I also have experience in conflict negotiating and excellent customer communication skills. i was required to supply at times unfavorable outcomes to clients and show empathy and understanding of there situation
- In 2011 I conducted Auditing of Insurance companies to determine compliance with new Written off vehicle legislation. This required me to travel to these companies and Dismantlers and review Motor Claims and complete Audit results in written form. This gave me a insight into operations of insurers and claims process.
- Worked with Police, to supply witness statements and other documentation in preparation for trial.
- Verified accuracy of registration records to maintain accuracy of records database.
