• Collaborate with the Head of Distribution to manage client and feeder relationships for Northland Pensions

• Facilitate customized solutions for clients considering relocation, retirement, or emigration to Australia by partnering with legal and tax advisors
• Collaborate with Singaporean trustees to oversee implementation of foreign superannuation products
• Grew individual client base in Asia to over 300m USD
• Managed all compliance aspects for clients and customers

• Collaborated closely with the Trading and Equities team to implement daily pricing, bids, and offer sheets
• Partnered with major Australian bulk handlers to oversee the implementation of a ticketing system for tracking all merchandise handled along the east coast
• Assisted the IT team with basic SQL and coding tasks, including QA testing for new product releases on the CGX Exchange
• Served as the primary contact for a major Australian fund, managing trust payments to growers and ensuring timely processing within a 7-day period-an industry first in Australia

My primary role here was the receiving and dispatch of grain being shipped into Melbourne via rail or road then shipped overseas via bulk cargo carrier. The day to day tasks undertaken in this role were grain sampling, container loading, preparing customs/shipping documents, ship sampling, fumigation, bin sweeps, port cleaning.

• Helped train new employees in safe practices and warehouse procedures.
• Drove forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment to move materials.
• Loaded and unloaded materials onto and off of trucks for shipment
• Operated loaders/forklifts & telehandlers
• Repaired and performed minor maintenance on equipment at terminals.

This was my first entry level after i finished school, my day to day tasks comprised of unloading trucks, moving grain stackers around, fumigating bunkers, bin sweeps, sampling grain, tarp rolling, tarp repairing, closing/opening bunkers. I also worked and managed sub-sites around Manangatang during the busy harvest period as i gained more experience.
