  • Liaise with overseas vendors on repair of damaged equipment modules and where required technical support
  • Schedule site visits prior to installation of new equipment and then install new equipment
  • Assist applications with commissioning of equipment
  • Disseminate service updates from vendors to 3rd party engineers
  • Support sales staff as required with technical advice and recommendations on replacement equipment which has become or is becoming obsolete
  • Complete stock takes to ensure stock levels are correct
