- Maintain and develop colour management support, training + certification, and related software + hardware sales and equipment support.
- Develop Colour Management projects for customers, deliver, implement and obtain feedback - Maintain customer data base information.
- Responding to customer inquiries/questions and providing support/answers by phone/email/remote support via Zoom and Team Viewer and onsite support/service.
- Graphic installation and including set up of company exhibition stands at PacPrint and PrintEx exhibitions
- Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop
- Mellow Colour ISO 12647 Proficient Printer implementation, certification, and audits.
- Maintaining MC ISO 12647 certified printers around Australia and NZ
- Idealliance G7 Expert instructor providing training and G7 Master Qualification for print sites.
- Using Xero for account reconciliation, quotes, accounts receivable, payable, etc.
- Australian and NZ certified dealer for Mellow Colour (MC) UK
- Idealliance affiliate for Australia and NZ providing G7 Expert services and G7 Master Qualification
- Australia certified dealer and service partner for Techkon
