Personalinterestscommunityengagement

I enjoy spending time with family, obviously love music, together with the great outdoors where I keep physically fit by hiking, kayaking, scuba diving, running and attending regular gym workouts. I have performed at the annual Muscular Dystrophy Association Christmas luncheons since 2013, and also for several Breast Cancer Foundation fundraising events.

Keystrengthsskills

Strong leadership and communication skills enable me to initiate, multi-task, and organise my workload to meet competing deadlines with an energetic, flexible, and friendly approach. When leading teams, I gain great pleasure working together to create and sustain a values-based culture, and I am always willing to pitch in and lend a hand whenever, and wherever I am needed. Confidently consulting with customers/clients to ensure they are 100% happy, adjusting if required, ensuring the finished product is of the highest quality and meets their expectations. Often finding myself the “go to” person when challenges arise, I enjoy working together to deliver positive outcomes, and I am equally happy working autonomously. I am an excellent problem solver using my attention to detail, initiative and calm approach to deliver solutions and it is a personal value of mine to serve with excellence, investing myself into all that I set my hand to. Ensuring the highest standards and application of best practice principles adhering to company protocols, WH&S and quality control processes are maintained, with a strong commitment to ensuring the safety of self and others on site. Self-motivated, focused, and resilient, identifying opportunities to work smarter and developing strategies to continuously improve my skills and knowledge.
