Professional Highlights

  • While at VMIA, I became proficient with Content Manager that I was able to develop and manage complex workflows which enhanced internal collaboration and meant that different business units could operate together seamlessly. I also redesigned and implemented internal and external Content Manager Locations and security which improved overall document and file security but also made it easier for HR to deal with on boarding and off boarding tasks.
  • While at Airservices Australia, I was involved in the upgrade to HP Records Manager 8 and Sharepoint in 2016. I had the opportunity to train staff in Canberra, Adelaide and Tasmania as part of this upgrade. I was responsible for providing EDRMS training to over three hundred staff throughout Australia. I developed my interest in training from this project.
  • I was also responsible for the digitisation of all Air Traffic Controller and FireFighting Staff files from 2008 onwards. Working from planning, execution through to completion, it was a project that took 10 months.
  • While at Airservices Australia I was given the chance to perform the Senior Records Officer role in a secondment for 12 months in which I was exposed to a more strategic role and was managing five staff members across three states.

Hobbies and Interests

  • I enjoy spending time with my family. I am married and have two school aged children.
  • I also enjoy watching soccer, listening to music, watching movies, reading, and travel.
