Provided in-person support to 106 clubs throughout the Riverina/Western NSW and Southern NSW including increasing participation and membership, providing assistance with business planning through:-

• Member retention.
• Governance and strategic planning.
• Funding and grant submissions (assisted clubs in obtaining over $10 million in successful grants).
• Targeted programs for under-represented groups.
• Information technology and volunteer strategies.
• Implementing whole of sport programs delivered at club level.
• Accurate recording of local membership and participation data.
• Increasing the quality and quantity of coaches and officials within the sport.

• Dealing with an existing diverse client base of commercial and agribusiness customers and servicing their ongoing banking needs.
• Working closely with relationship manager with the view to fostering new business customers and in so, ensuring that their banking needs were met together will all associated banking products.
• Maintaining close contact with all referral sources and circle of influences being a major contributor to the continued success of the respective commercial and agribusiness sets.
• Being a "team player" with the respective managers and staff in a lending portfolio's of between $45 million and $50 million in funds under management.
• Successful implementation of assistant manager (AM) pool, overseeing 3 assistant managers and direct reporting to commercial/agribusiness relationship managers.

• Duties associated with the ANZ franchise were in essence the same as those which were performed whilst employed with the ANZ Banking Group.

• Career banker commencing as a junior and culminating in the role as Senior Relationship Manager.
• Last 9 years involved dealing with a large business customer client base in Wagga Wagga.
