I have over 23 years of experience hands in Open Pit Mining in Heavy Equipment Operation and Mine Training. Almost 10 years in the Mine open pit operation training section as Trainer Assessor.

Initially started off as a Heavy Equipment Operator in 2001 at Porgera Gold Mine and from there on had made my way and promoted up to become Mine Production Trainer.

I was responsible under the direction of the Mine Operations Training Coordinators to maintain the daily training activities; train and assess trainees and experience heavy equipment operators in open pit operation to improve and enhance operator performance and productivity in their operation.

Also carry out PowerPoint presentation in groups and also to individuals to new hired employees during Inductions and also with departments for any new issues arises or especially Safety issues.

In 2010, I left Porgera Joint Venture and went to Hidden Valley in Morobe Province in PNG ( Morobe Mining Joint Venture -MMJV) for a similar role as Mine Training Supervisor (Trainer Supervisor). I also Supervise Immersive Simulator Training and set site/sceneries to meet trainee and experienced operators' learning.

Thus, ensure safe and efficient operations of equipment are maintained to the safe operating procedures. (SOP). In 2012, again I left MMJV and went to Ok Tedi Mining Limited (OTML) in Western Province - PNG again for Similar Role as Mine Production Trainer Assessor (train and assess trainees and experience heavy equipment operators in open pit operation to improve and enhance operator performance and productivity in their operation.) And also supervised, assessed, set sceneries to train new hired operators.

Due to the major redundancy relating the long dry season I was forced to made retrenched in 2015. And in 2016, I have joined Hidden Valley Service Limited - Harmony Gold Limited in Morobe Province in PNG through/with a Contractor AIR ENERGY - Air swift as a Contract Trainer Supervisor to perform the same role as above with my previous jobs. I have left my job with Harmony Gold Limited as Contract Trainer Supervisor due to prolonging of my probation period of my service.

Then in 2017 November 18th, I had joined Newcrest Mining Limited (LIHIR GOLD LTD) in Kavieng, Papua New Guinea as a Heavy Equipment Operator. I was with Newcrest Mining Limited in Lihir Island for almost four (4) years.

And then in 2021 29th of July, I had joined Ok Tedi Mining Limited (OTML) as a Heavy Equipment Operator. I left Oktedi Mining Limited due COVID19. Then in 2022 14th April, I had joined NES a contractor Company serving NEWCREST Mining Limited in Lihir Island as a Trainer Assessor, training and assessing experience and trainee operators on Heavy Equipment. I had resigned due to administration issues.
