Responsible for the management of contractors working on the CCSM relating to metal loss, machining, blast and paint. Tasks include:-

• Monitoring and reporting performance, ensuring contractors meet their expected deliverables within their contractually defined scope of work, as well as any emergent work to be undertaken.
• Collaborate closely with senior management on long-term strategic planning initiatives related to future FCDs in planning or execution phases.
• Drive continuous improvement of project deliverables by providing leadership and all ensuring contractors adhere to schedule, whilst working to ASC's and the contractor's health and safety protocols.
• Identifying any risks associated with the FCD and developed strategies for mitigating those risks and ensuring they are included in lessons learnt for future dockings.
• Built and established strong partnerships with internal customers, the RAN, vendors and contractors.
• Reviewed budget and subcontractor estimates in detail and analyzed for accuracy with scope of work relevancy in mind.
• Ensure contractors comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures throughout the planning and execution of each FCD.
• Make changes to project scope and cost and implemented most effective change management processes to ensure FCD cost and schedule is maintained.

Contract management of all PTS items relating to the propulsion driveline for the Air Warfare Destroyers. Management of all contracts ensuring all deliverables meet both the Industry Participants and CoA contractual,
commercial and governance requirements. Undertaking evaluation and estimations to provide costs and commercial aspects of each subcontract.
