Key Responsibilities:
- Case management, monitoring and tracking clients.
- Liaise with schools and other stakeholders on behalf of clients.
- Use of case management systems.
- Logistical assistance and support for students and families travelling to/from boarding provider.
- Report on client outcomes.
- Establish and manage relationships with boarding staff and other key stakeholders.
- Assistance with Abstudy and boarding enrolment applications.
- Travel to remote communities.
- Establish trusted working relationships with clients and families.
