• Learning to do work as part of a team to allow for maximum production.
• Asked to learn as much as possible to maximize the efficiency of the production.
• learned how to manage the dispatch computer for putting doors away as i was working a late shift and needed production to keep at it's highest.
• work 10-12 hours day to make sure that the output of doors was sufficient to what needed to be done

• I started my own business doing solar maintenance and repairs, which included anything from cleaning solar panels to fully replacing inverters and solar systems, as well as repairing roofs, etc.
• i would also work for different companies expanding my knowledge of of electrical and how to better help customers and provide a better service.
• I would also do sales face to face to get commercial jobs aswell as residential while also doing the office work to pay taxes etc.
• performed jobs for custmomers like roof restorations amd capping which made me obtain contacts with roofing specialists.

• I worked with the owner and head electrician, doing solar jobs with the occasional switchboard upgrade.
• i did 1 year of trade school in Electrotechnology before unfortunately having to stop due to an injury.

· Solar PV installations and maintenance for commercial and domestic customers ranging from 3KW-50KW.

Liaising with wholesalers and ordering equipment required for rural jobs.

· Rural travel for rural jobs in central South Australia, organising materials for each away trip making sure not to run out of stock whilst on the rural job site.

· Meeting at the office and packing our jobs for the days install every day.

· Maintenance and repairs of solar and battery systems.

• I started working as a sales representative for a charity and quickly rose to running my own team of 5-8 people where i was managing the money income as well as setting up sites and trips across Australia.
• the job eventually put me in a position where i acquired an abn and was having to deal with tax and paperwork which in turn allowed me to learn how to run a small business
• i ended up running a small business with 20-25 people who would work doing face to face sales for charity.

• From the age of 11, I was entrusted to work on blocks, which meant anything from just pruning grapevines to fixing water leakages, and such.
• As i got older i started driving tote bins, which involved driving a tractor and keeping pace with the harvester.
• Eventually i was allocated certain blocks to work after school and on weekends, included was the use of power tools and tractors etc.
