Accomplishments
Whilst maintaining my position as Loader Operator I have successfully achieved regular step up promotion to Leading Hand working directly with the Supervisor to implement mining activities in a safe and productive manner.
This has involved supervising and directing up to 18 staff members to carry out a variety of tasks including feeding the crusher and concentrator hopper, managing the loading of dump trucks and the building of stockpiles to meet and adhere to planning and dumping requirements.
The pushing in, loading and running out of trains to procedural requirements and performance expectations.
Dealing with upper management to achieve necessary outcomes in a timely manner whilst maintaining a safe and productive work place.
More recently I have been in training to step up Supervisor level to manage the Fixed Plant team whilst the supervisor is off site.
