  • Oversee financial management, ensuring fiscal responsibility and long-term sustainability for the organisation.
  • Generated $62M income from 2018-2024.
  • Advised high net worth families on estate planning, leading to AUD$19.5M pledged for new capital development.
  • Created an estate planning pipeline which has generated $30M in gifts from 2021 to 2024.

  • My role articulated and delivered the payments innovation strategy at CBA, with a view to providing leading and innovative payment solutions to the bank’s customers that set the bank apart from its competitors
  • I worked closely with Retail Products, Digital and Retail ES teams to deliver market leading features such as CommBank Tap&Pay, Cardless Cash, Loyalty cards in the CommBank app, Photo a Bill and CommBank Offers
  • In addition to my role, I also lead the Commerce Solutions team in the Institutional Bank from December 2016 – March 2017
  • Developed the FY17-FY19 strategy roadmap for payments innovation at CBA, leading the development of two new payments platforms for CBA’s future innovation
  • The CBA Digital Commerce Platform, paving the way for a new way to pay in Australia (Beam It)
