In my time at Loxton Winery I ran all machines associated with the cellar including centrifuges, earth and vaccuum filters. I have experience in all facets of cellar work including proper cleaning of lines and tanks, loading and unloading of trucks, wine additions and blending.

I did a Tafe course and completed a Cert 3 in food processing (wine). I was the OHS safety rep for the cellar and during vintage I was 2IC on my crew.
