At Monadelphous my main responsibilities were located at QAL.

• Franna Operator, Franna Dogman, Dogman for 300T slew cranes and under. Forklift and EWP Operator.
• Rigging steel structures, skated out/skated in up-to 30T Heaters and Evaps with a winch, chain blocks and lever blocks along all Units 1, 2 & 3 of QAL.
• Installed valves, pipes, heaters, return heads and channel heads for Heaters and Evaps across site at QAL.
• Installed Mill rods and other Mill compartments. Worked on all Mills in some capacity across site at QAL.
• Increased workplace safety by conducting regular rigging inspections and equipment maintenance.
• Worked at heights and in confined spaces without difficulty.
• Improved lifting efficiency with proper selection of rigging equipment for specific tasks.

At Star Liquor my main responsibilities as a manager was located at the Gladstone Reef Drive through.

• Implemented daily operating procedures to keep store clean, adequately stocked, and well-organized.
• Controlled store inventory and reviewed cash handling and operations reports.
• Oversaw employee performance, corrected problems, and increased efficiency to maintain productivity targets.
• Effectively allocated tasks during high-traffic times to keep operations running smoothly and employees focused.

At Onsite Rentals my main responsibility was located at the Warehouse but would also fill in for others if needed on shutdowns such as QCLNG & NRG. Onsite is a Tool rental Company for industrial businesses and worksites.

• Making sure equipment is cleaned and in working condition when hiring out and returned
• Removing and sending loads/pallets and shipment containers off trucks with Forklifts
• Rigging shipment containers off trucks with a crane when 15T forklift wasn’t operational

At Star Liquor my main responsibilities were located at the Sun Valley shop and The Gladstone Reef Hotel Drive Through. I would also fill in at the Star Liquor located at the Nightowl Convenience Centre and would transport stock between the 3 previously mentioned shops.

• Used POS system to process sales, returns, online orders, and gift card activations.
• Worked closely with shift manager to solve problems and handle customer concerns.

At Narbil Training my main responsibilities were to help take part in others being assessed. When people were being assessed in the crane, I would be their Dogman and when people were being assessed doing their Dogman ticket, I would operate the crane.

• Pre-starts on crane and then operate C2 slew crane and move loads to where the accessor has obligated the dogman to tell me where to put them
• Dogman duties such as attaching and removing loads, hand signalling, radio communication and whistle signals are all used
• Get equipment and specs ready for next assessment
• Used hand signals, verbal communication and radio to reduce risks in coordinating crane movements.
• Calculated appropriate size and weight distribution to safely manage load.

At Tagline Constructions my main responsibilities were located at Cement Australia for a Shutdown building a new silo.

• Attach and Remove loads from crane (structural steel, scaffold, rio bar, concrete kibbles, light towers, filled chemical fibre bags, containers, concrete blocks and other general lifts)
• Poured concrete out of kibbles on top of a Silo we were building out at Cement Australia
• Dug out trenches for more concrete pours out of the kibble connected to the crane and used a laser level for levelling out the depth
• Worked with a 180 tonne slew crane, 280 tonne slew crane and a Franna
• Communicated with hand signals and radio with crane operator
• Communicated by talking with other work groups to eliminate dangers of being inside fall zones
• Operated Manitou telehandler
• Lifting with either a crane jib or forklift attachment.
