· Scheme evaluation processes, including engagement with scheme and Nominal Insurer actuaries to identify risk and opportunity areas.

General Manager, National Self Insurance

  • General Manager, National Self Insurance responsible for the management of a portfolio approximately 4,500 claims, consisting of nine self-insured licensees across seven states and territories including New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory.
  • Responsible for the management of six local senior leaders overseeing the management of each state and territory-based program of work.

· Business Development and strategic account management of licensees including the development of strategic partnerships and claims administrator renewal processes

· Licensee actuarial valuation processes, including engagement with external and internal actuaries to negotiate and influence positive outcomes.
