General Manager, Claims Operations responsible for the management of a portfolio of approximately 38,000 claims on behalf of the Nominal Insurer (icare). Currently overseeing end to end claims operations responsible for regulatory compliance and financial performance for roughly 85% of the NSW workers compensation scheme.
· Responsible for the management of four senior leaders who manage claims segments consisting of Low Risk, SME (Small and Medium sized enterprise), Corporate, Specialised and Tail portfolios. 900 staff in total.

· Scheme evaluation processes, including engagement with scheme and Nominal Insurer actuaries to identify risk and opportunity areas.
· Oversight of regulatory compliance, remediation planning and execution.
· Relationship management of Nominal Insurer and regulators.

· Business Development and strategic account management of licensees including the development of strategic partnerships and claims administrator renewal processes
· Licensee actuarial valuation processes, including engagement with external and internal actuaries to negotiate and influence positive outcomes.
· Oversight of regulatory compliance, remediation planning and execution, including management of regulatory relationships
· Assisting licensees with licence renewal and third party claims administrator processes.
General Manager, People and Capability responsible for the management of 400 offshore resources overseeing numerous shared service functions for EML and other clients including business administration services, technology support functions in infrastructure and service desk and developing new business.
· Responsible for the management of three senior resources who oversaw functional management of their teams for seven clients.
