As a consultant, I have enjoyed working with my clients in developing their businesses and have assisted in the delivery of many great outcomes.

Start up business that will operate in the emerging industry of urban vertical farming. The company offers hydroponic systems and living produce (herbs, leafy and micro greens) to residential, food service and retail clients.


Initially appointed as a consultant, my role included:

  • Industry research
  • Business strategy development
  • Business modelling & investor presentations
  • Brand development

In November 2022 I accepted a full time role as Sales & Marketing Manager to:

  • Establish marketing programmes
  • Sales plan and foundation clients
  • Industry and government advocacy
  • Hydroponic system development

This role has required balancing the need to complete a lot of tasks with limited resources.

Sourcecorp is both a consulting practice and importer of the Fibo Wall Panel System. The company morphed out of working on offshore modular construction, supplying Australian property developers with pre-fabricated buildings. The business offers building materials using contacts made while working in off-shore sourcing (China).

  • Sourcecorp initially offered aluminium windows and joinery to project builders.
  • In 2019 Sourcecorp became the exclusive Australian distributor of the Norwegian developed waterproof wall panel system called Fibo.
  • In 2019 Sourcecorp took over my consulting services previously provided by Tuiga.

  • Project management roles in construction (modular off-site) and IT industries.
  • Undertook pro bono research and in-field investigation projects in Timor Leste from 2007 to 2010.
  • Advisory services to wide range of businesses from start ups to multi-nationals.

Sample projects:

  • 2009: US company supplying EV charging infrastructure. Australian market introduction strategy and business case; business acquired by Leighton Visionstream in 2012.
  • 2010: Roll out plan for IPTV distributor.
  • 2010-2015: Strategy and business management of on/offshore modular building start up, including periods managing production in Chinese factories and installation in Australia.
  • 2018: Business expansion analysis to Owner's Corporation Management company

  • Business sold to Culver Holdings plc in mid 2000 and then sold on to Dolphin Finance Corp in 2002.
  • 2006 I left to return to Australia; business is still operating.

  • My focus was creating industry specific messaging user groups. Services were launched for news media, health, finance and shipping industries.
  • This included the 'Newslink' service that was used by all National UK press and broadcast news rooms and 1,200 journalists and press offices.
  • Successfully managed multiple tender responses including outsource of UK's NHS messaging services; closed five contracts out of seven tender responses.
  • Business development lead of messaging applications for Hong Kong Telecom CSL (4 month secondment).
