  • Duties: Work as part of a senior management team incorporationg of the Managing Director, CEO, Production Manager, HR manager, Finance Manager, QLD Sales Manager, Increase revenue and profitability through building customer relationships Assist Customers with Merchandising and New Product Selection, Trade Shows and Pool and Spa Expos. Working with marketing team to implement successful marketing strategies, Manage a team of 14, Product and Sales Training, Staff Recruitment Achievements: Victorian Supplier of the Year (SPASA Awards of excellence 2023), Started the Victorian and South Australian territory for grass roots, now have 14 staff consisting of sales (on road and retail), administration and warehouse and logistics Constantly grown sales by 45% over previous year since 2019- current (on target for 12 million) Grew the territory so well we had to relocate to larger warehouse (now over 2500m2)
