Summary

I am currently employed by First Quantum Minerals located in Ravensthorpe WA. I began my role of Process Technician at FQM in May 2022. I have since stepped up into my current role of Permit specialist, which I thoroughly enjoy. However, it is my ambition to perform within a corporation where I can genuinely grow my skills and experience into an advanced role and contribute to effectively making a positive difference to the company whilst supporting my fellow colleagues. I am a resourceful and reliable All-Round Operator with 15+ years of working experience; the last 12 years having worked with various complex machinery and raw materials. I have thoroughly enjoyed the FIFO lifestyle as a primary member of the WA Oil Field Services team on Barrow Island where I was also presented with the opportunity to collaborate with the Environmental team on the Decommissioning and Rehabilitation Project of Facilities and Environment. I am a highly responsible team member, contributing and attending to safety processes and procedures with the Emergency Response crew as an IFO Safety member. This had been a major highlight and was extremely rewarding. I have exceptional mechanical and technical aptitude, dexterity, great physical stamina, and the ability to multitask as well as being proficient in performing repetitive work activities where required. I have demonstrated the ability to organise and prioritise work duties and am flexible in working hours/shifts and tasks undertaken. I am dedicated to monitoring product & service quality, whilst adhering to high safety and health requirements. I look forward to contributing to the growth of the Mining industry and am extremely keen to gain a position where I can put my skills and experience to valuable use. I believe that your company is of the highest standard, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development as I am always eager to keep learning. I am positive that I will make an outstanding addition to your leading company.
