In Credit Services we assess home loan applications on behalf of our Branches, Brokers, Mobile Lenders, Innovators and Mobile Banking. Our team works closely with Group Lending Services and our National Sales areas to assist support the processing of home loan applications.
I have a strong understanding of consumer lending products and a good understanding of the Groups credit lending policies and procedures. Current PCAA is $2m including various exception authorities. Both my accuracy and productivity exceed 90%.
Also assisted in training staff new members and auditing their applications to ensure the right decision was made and the right procedures was in effect.
