Summary

In my last role as Workforce Project Manager, I was supporting the Assistant Director – Workforce Lead in the day-to-day oversight and assurance of the delivery of the AEC’s temporary election workforce in Victoria. This included assisting with attraction and recruitment of election staff in difficult to recruit locations. My Workforce Project Manager role undertakes work that is complex in nature. Using well developed people skills and stakeholder engagement and project experience, the positions coordinate and support temporary election workforce activities within Victoria and monitors and manage timelines and key deliverables. This role required me to develop accurate and high-quality reports and information to monitor and manage the sourcing and onboarding of the election workforce.
