Summary
David spent the early part of his career chasing gold in exploration and underground in western Victoria. These years provided a sound foundation in mining and production geology skills before a market downturn created a travel opportunity. A backpacking adventure morphed into 6 years of hospitality and venue management across the UK. A wonderful experience in hardwork, problem solving, and forming strong relationships with great people.
Most recently David has focused on geological modelling, resource estimation and grade control systems and management. David has also completed numerous due diligence projects and offered site support across a broad range of mine sites and commodities across Australia and internationally.
David is a keen user of mining software including Leapfrog, Vulcan and Supervisor. With a young family at home, I want to show my kids that life is full of exciting opportunities, and I should always be looking to find and share the joy.
