Educate customers about the product of Novated Lease, generate leads for leasing consultants out of customers interest, assisting with finding the best product to match customer needs and performing the final sale.

I worked at SKODA as full time as sales consultant, my duties was to interact with customers, answering questions about products, assisting with finding the best product to match customer needs and performing the final sale, apply sale prices and any discounts as needed and process customer payments and supply customers with receipts of purchases.

For The Meat and Wine Co, I was a Christmas casual for 5 months. My responsibilities were taking bookings, answering phone calls, assisting customer’s needs, seating guests, taking orders for tables, and delivering beverages. I adapt well to a fast paced environment, problem solving skills and I have beginner knowledge of barrister.

I worked in the Crown Banquet department and my responsibilities were greeting customers, taking orders, bringing out meals and cleaning tables. I am able to adapt to the work culture and have collaborative skills.

I worked at Salsa’s for over a year and my responsibilities were customer service, pass outs and being a kitchen assistant. I worked well in a fast paced environment and dealt with customer conflicts and will find a solution for their satisfaction.
