Brief
• Responsible for managing a high-performance Sales Team, developing a State business plan; covering
sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, & promoting the organisations presence in
your State
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results and targets through the Sales Team by developing the team
through motivation, counselling, skills and product knowledge development
• Drive the sales team to pre-order effectively by reviewing the scan sales by stores and trend reports
• Represent and grow the business by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Lead, train, coach and mentor the Area Managers & Merchandising staff within the Field Team
• Maintain a safe workplace and report any injuries, incidents or hazards
• Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and
systems wherever possible, and advising Senior Management on maximising business relationships
