  • These were: The appropriate preparation of medical records into a batch ready to be scanned, paying close attention to detail
  • Scanning the prepared batch into a commercial high volume scanner and creating a electronic record of the patient admission
  • Using the original prepared batch to quality control the electronic record and ensure it's accuracy
  • Validating the digital medical record for accuracy and confirming each individual medical form was indexed to the appropriate electronic booklet
