• Led M&A efforts supporting the $11.1bn sale of a 49% stake in WestConnex, including financial due diligence and coordinating responses to bidder queries. Managed the refinancing and restructuring of $4.2bn of senior debt, achieving substantial interest savings.
• Led financial modelling and valuation processes for multi-billion-dollar concessions, driving key decisions at the Audit and Risk Committee level.
• Directed the five-year strategic planning process for WestConnex, aligning stakeholders across public and private sectors.

Led the integration of WestConnex’s corporate services into Transurban, unlocking millions in annual synergies.
