I am frequently sought for consultation and comment and our team have informed resources developed by the eSafety Commissioner, Our Watch, SBS Learn, Early Childhood Australia, Respect Victoria and many more.

I am a keynote speaker and have presented internationally on the prevention of gender-based, sexual violence and tech facilitated abuse.

  • Founded Body Safety Australia in 2015 to grow it to Australia's leading primary prevention education organisation.
  • Researched, designed, delivered and evaluated primary prevention programs for children from 3 to 18 years old.
  • Supported the whole of community approach to prevention education by also researching, designing, delivering and evaluating adult education primary prevention programs for parents and professional development for teachers, educators and school leaders.
  • Established an evidence-base that supported programs inclusion on the Victorian School Readiness Funding Menu and Mental Health Menu, the NSW Wellbeing External Provider Catalogue and established the organisation as a Trusted eSafety provider.
  • Grew the organisation from two people to a team of 20 highly qualified and experienced facilitators
  • Developed strong partnerships with other providers, peak bodies and government departments to allow for collaboration and more significant impact.
  • Drove public discourse on child rights, preventing gender and sexual violence and innovative education in the media and at conferences and events.
  • Bolstered the organisation's reputation by maintaining high ethical standards and transparency in all dealings.

  • As a strong writer and editor I was commissioned to write the history of feminist organisation, the Council of Single Mothers and their Children including an analysis of their policy strategies in effectively ending forced adoptions of 'unwed mothers'.
