Summary

Throughout my career I have specialized in the trauma and mental health fields working with young people, adults and families. My training as a Family Therapist extended my thinking and practice from an individual focus to a systemic approach working with individuals in the context of relationships and their world. I have extensive experience as a Family Therapist and leadership roles where I have coached, supervised and trained professionals working with young people and their families. I have thrived in senior clinical roles where I led teams, shaped clinical practice, built stakeholder relationships and influenced change in organisation culture and practice.
