My current role within BlueCare has allowed me to further develop my case management and administration skills whilst utilising my ability to build and maintain effective relationships in a timely manner.

My duties include but are not limited to


  • Provide information,advice and support to clients, prospective clients and carers to facilitate choice and decision making in regards to their Home Care needs.
  • Support clients in developing their personal support plan and budget, in line with assessed care needs.
  • Oversee the management of individual budgets and Careplans
  • Plan and coordinate support and services
  • Participate in networking events in the community
  • Maintain broad and up to date knowledge of available community resources
  • Work in collaboration with my client's support team, providing advice and influencing to ensure effective service delivery
