- Operate the milling circuit consisting of variable speed sag and ball mills, multiple hydro cyclone nests, multiple slurry and hydraulic pumps, screens, feeders and conveyors, keep circuit densities at metallurgical department set points by making changes throughout circuit as well as problem shoot and log circuit data.
- Operate the dewatering/filtration circuit consisting of twin chamber/membrane Larox concentrate filters, slurry thickeners, concentrate load out and storage bay management, reagent mixing and storage tank management, concentrate filter problem shooting and general maintenance (changing cloths and replacing plates) and general housekeeping.
- Limited exposure to the flotation circuit consisting of primary copper/ precious metals and secondary zinc setup with vertical regrind mills, multiple hydro cyclone nests, slurry and re-agent dosing pumps and an online multi stream analyzer (MSA), constant monitoring of circuit readings and making changes to achieve maximum recovery at desired concentrate grade, log data reading from circuit and general housekeeping.
