I went away every year with the representative touch football teams. I catered for around 250 players and team members making breakfast and lunches for 4days.The task included organising and preparing food for the players. I created dishes suitable for there sporting needs. This was a buffet set up. I designed the menu, also overseen and supervised people working with me.
