  • Leading a delivery team based across three countries (Australia, Spain and Botswana) to consolidate data into a single domain
  • The impact of this project touched all employees in the regions coming across to the existing Sandfire domain location, and needed to be completed with minimal impact to operations
  • Using a combination of Agile methodologies we were able to drive the project forward with daily touch points across the timezones
  • Strict governance of the migration of data across 2 months was required with constant validation that data was migrating successfully
  • Throughout the project we were constantly managing the numerous risks and analysing their continuously changing impact
  • Successful weekend cutover was followed by global hypercare and transition back to operational state
