Deborah Macfarlane

Radiation therapist with over 30 years of experience, including 20 years in the Radiation Therapist - Advanced role at ROPART. My clinical expertise in CT, planning and treatment has facilitated the implementation of evidence-based practices and new technologies, resulting in improved patient outcomes and safety. Since 2013, I have led the ROPART Breast Site and Quality groups, providing clinical leadership in the ongoing review of protocols and standards. I ensure effective, respectful communication with all staff groups and this has resulted in a strong partnership with the ROPART team. A collaborative and approachable leadership style has enabled me to support staff, manage competing clinical priorities and maintain quality, patient-centered care.
