• Writing interactive learning content using storyboards, detailed graphic design, learning content and activities, and assessments for delivery through multimedia interfaces and online learning environments.
• Writing engaging instructional materials, including assessments and quizzes, practice exercises with appropriate feedback, simulations, demonstrations, case studies, procedural steps, descriptions of concepts/processes/principles, etc.

• Designing, developing, and deploying courses into Learning Management Systems (DITA, Moodle, and Angel) for the Corporations/University/VET online courses.
• Preparing ID/Writing Style guides to ensure quality deliverables from the team.
• DITA/Moodle LMS Administration: Enrollment, Course Creation, Tracking, Reporting and Training.
• Conducting eLearning testing in LMS.
• Actively participating in control audits for eLearning material maintenance.
