I am an ICT and digital systems professional with over seven years of experience delivering both on-premise and cloud-based applications across government and private sectors. My career spans major government digital transformation programs and, more recently, solution consulting and delivery for external clients.
My earlier roles were embedded within large-scale, government-led ICT projects where I contributed to the delivery of on-premise enterprise systems. These included the NT Health Acacia electronic patient record system and Territory Families’ CARE child protection platform. This work focused on requirements gathering, governance coordination, workflow design, Jira-based requirement tracking, user testing, and stakeholder engagement.
In my current role at Jackadder International, I lead the implementation of cloud-based CRM and business management solutions using monday.com Work OS. This involves full-cycle solution design, workflow automation, system configuration, training, and post-go-live support for a broad range of external clients.
Across all roles, I have remained focused on using digital systems to streamline business processes, automate manual functions, and improve user experience while ensuring secure, compliant, and effective system delivery.
I lead the end-to-end design and delivery of cloud-based CRM and workflow systems using monday.com Work OS, helping clients modernise their operations, automate manual processes, and streamline business functions. I work with government, not-for-profit, and private sector clients to deliver tailored solutions that replace legacy systems and improve user experience.
I am certified in monday.com Work Management and CRM, and maintain a direct relationship with the software vendor as part of Jackadder’s status as a Silver monday.com Partner. I regularly collaborate with monday.com’s APAC Partner Manager and Sales Team to deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients. I also support pre-sales planning and help scope solutions that align with business process needs.
I have successfully replaced existing CRMs for several clients using monday.com CRM, delivering fully configured systems that align with their business structure and requirements. This includes overseeing data migration, data cleansing, and field mapping activities to ensure clean, reliable information is transitioned into the new platform. I also work with clients to design future-state CRM workflows that support client lifecycle management, contact tracking, communication, reporting, and compliance.
In addition to new implementations, I work with existing monday.com customers to optimise their current environments, onboard new users, build additional workflows, and expand adoption across their organisations. This includes identifying new use cases, refining businiess processes through developing system automations and workflows, and introducing advanced functionality such as third party applications, to support ongoing improvement.
As a team, we also use monday.com internally to manage our own client projects. I design and maintain project workspaces for timelines, deliverables, recordkeeping, and resource allocation. We also use the platform to track time, effort, and profitability, which gives me a unique perspective on how monday.com performs in real-world consultancy environments.
Key responsibilities include:
Tools: monday.com (CRM and Work OS), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Loom, Excel, Canva
IT-related focus areas: cloud, applications, automation and workflow building, software, systems, business process management, user experience, data migration, end user service operations
I held a senior project role supporting major policy and program initiatives across workforce development, innovation, and Aboriginal economic participation. This included grant design, process improvement, digital stakeholder engagement, and multi-agency coordination to support whole-of-government priorities.
My most significant contribution was leading the drafting and redesign of the $15 million Workforce Advisory Grant. This involved a large-scale process improvement effort to address challenges in the previous grant model and ensure the revised version was structured for success. I conducted detailed mapping of multiple, complex internal workflows, including interactions between business units, national partners, ministerial offices, and the grant recipient. These workflows reflected broader government responsibilities, national policy processes, and cross-agency interactions at both Territory and Commonwealth levels. The resulting improvements supported the design of clearer contract management structures, payment milestones, reporting mechanisms and most importantly better outcomes.
Key responsibilities included:
Tools: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Forms, NT Grants System, cloud collaboration and engagement tools
IT-related focus areas: applications, systems, business process management, cloud (collaborative workflows), data (benchmarking and reporting), communications
Supported NT Health’s implementation of Acacia, a new electronic clinical information system designed to replace multiple legacy platforms across all NT hospitals and health services as part of $259 million CCSRP digital transformation program.

I contributed to user engagement, requirements tracking, documentation, training, and solution design across multiple project workstreams.

I reported directly to the Program Director and supported the broader project delivery team across multiple technical and business workstreams.
