Summary

I am an ICT and digital systems professional with over seven years of experience delivering both on-premise and cloud-based applications across government and private sectors. My career spans major government digital transformation programs and, more recently, solution consulting and delivery for external clients.

My earlier roles were embedded within large-scale, government-led ICT projects where I contributed to the delivery of on-premise enterprise systems. These included the NT Health Acacia electronic patient record system and Territory Families’ CARE child protection platform. This work focused on requirements gathering, governance coordination, workflow design, Jira-based requirement tracking, user testing, and stakeholder engagement.

In my current role at Jackadder International, I lead the implementation of cloud-based CRM and business management solutions using monday.com Work OS. This involves full-cycle solution design, workflow automation, system configuration, training, and post-go-live support for a broad range of external clients.

Across all roles, I have remained focused on using digital systems to streamline business processes, automate manual functions, and improve user experience while ensuring secure, compliant, and effective system delivery.

Work History

ICT Business Analyst and Solutions Consultant

Jackadder International
08.2024 - Current

I lead the end-to-end design and delivery of cloud-based CRM and workflow systems using monday.com Work OS, helping clients modernise their operations, automate manual processes, and streamline business functions. I work with government, not-for-profit, and private sector clients to deliver tailored solutions that replace legacy systems and improve user experience.

I am certified in monday.com Work Management and CRM, and maintain a direct relationship with the software vendor as part of Jackadder’s status as a Silver monday.com Partner. I regularly collaborate with monday.com’s APAC Partner Manager and Sales Team to deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients. I also support pre-sales planning and help scope solutions that align with business process needs.

I have successfully replaced existing CRMs for several clients using monday.com CRM, delivering fully configured systems that align with their business structure and requirements. This includes overseeing data migration, data cleansing, and field mapping activities to ensure clean, reliable information is transitioned into the new platform. I also work with clients to design future-state CRM workflows that support client lifecycle management, contact tracking, communication, reporting, and compliance.

In addition to new implementations, I work with existing monday.com customers to optimise their current environments, onboard new users, build additional workflows, and expand adoption across their organisations. This includes identifying new use cases, refining businiess processes through developing system automations and workflows, and introducing advanced functionality such as third party applications, to support ongoing improvement.

As a team, we also use monday.com internally to manage our own client projects. I design and maintain project workspaces for timelines, deliverables, recordkeeping, and resource allocation. We also use the platform to track time, effort, and profitability, which gives me a unique perspective on how monday.com performs in real-world consultancy environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading client discovery workshops to assess current processes and identify opportunities for workflow automation and digital transformation
  • Designing future-state business processes, dashboards, CRM pipelines, and governance structures
  • Building cloud-based applications in monday.com including custom fields, user roles, permissions, and advanced workflows using monday.com’s automation engine
  • Delivering CRM system replacements, including data extraction, cleansing, migration, field mapping, and testing
  • Implementing complex conditional logic, triggers, dependencies, and connected boards to streamline processes and integrate data
  • Demonstrating monday.com functionality to potential clients in partnership with monday.com’s sales and consulting teams
  • Supporting existing monday.com clients with platform optimisation, onboarding, and internal rollout strategies
  • Creating solution documentation, training resources, and user experience guides for end users and administrators
  • Managing implementation projects including planning, delivery schedules, risk tracking, and stakeholder engagement
  • Supporting continuous improvement and long-term platform success through strategic advice and post-implementation reviews
  • Using monday.com internally to manage client delivery, track hours, and monitor financial performance

Senior Project Officer – Policy and Projects

Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade, Northern Territory Government
04.2023 - 07.2024

I held a senior project role supporting major policy and program initiatives across workforce development, innovation, and Aboriginal economic participation. This included grant design, process improvement, digital stakeholder engagement, and multi-agency coordination to support whole-of-government priorities.

My most significant contribution was leading the drafting and redesign of the $15 million Workforce Advisory Grant. This involved a large-scale process improvement effort to address challenges in the previous grant model and ensure the revised version was structured for success. I conducted detailed mapping of multiple, complex internal workflows, including interactions between business units, national partners, ministerial offices, and the grant recipient. These workflows reflected broader government responsibilities, national policy processes, and cross-agency interactions at both Territory and Commonwealth levels. The resulting improvements supported the design of clearer contract management structures, payment milestones, reporting mechanisms and most importantly better outcomes.

Key responsibilities included:

  • Leading the redesign of the Workforce Advisory Grant (2024 to 2029), including internal workflow mapping, cross-jurisdictional benchmarking, and engagement with national stakeholders
  • Identifying structural inefficiencies and pain points across grant delivery and administration
  • Coordinating co-design sessions with other departments, legal and policy teams, national representatives, to improve interagency coordination
  • Developing a revised grant framework with improved contract management pathways, clearer milestones, and stronger alignment to national priorities
  • Using the NT Grants System to initiate the new funding agreement, configure payment milestones, and set up electronic reporting for the full five-year term
  • Preparing funding agreements and briefing material for executive and ministerial review
  • Designing and delivering Phase Two of the NT Public Sector Innovation Program (PSIP), focused on business case development and project delivery capability across agencies
  • Creating tools, templates, and training content to support innovation project scoping and investment readiness
  • Relaunching the NT Drone Network and delivering the inaugural NT Drone Expo, including digital stakeholder engagement and feedback reporting
  • Using digital platforms to collect, analyse, and report on engagement data to inform program improvements

Tools: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Forms, NT Grants System, cloud collaboration and engagement tools

IT-related focus areas: applications, systems, business process management, cloud (collaborative workflows), data (benchmarking and reporting), communications

Business Process Officer (Junior Business Analyst)

10.2021 - 04.2023

Supported NT Health’s implementation of Acacia, a new electronic clinical information system designed to replace multiple legacy platforms across all NT hospitals and health services as part of $259 million CCSRP digital transformation program.

My role focused on validating clinical business processes, capturing functional requirements, and working directly with health subject matter experts to support system design, change readiness, and technical delivery. I contributed to user engagement, requirements tracking, documentation, training, and solution design across multiple project workstreams.

Key responsibilities and achievements:

  • Worked directly with clinicians, nurses, and health subject matter experts to capture and validate end-to-end workflows and prioritise functionality requirements for the Acacia system
  • Converted paper-based forms and manual processes into electronic formats, designing system-ready forms based on stakeholder workshops and clinical requirements
  • Developed use cases and user stories to communicate business and clinical needs clearly to technical teams and the software vendor
  • Documented current-state clinical and administrative workflows and supported early redesign discussions to improve digital integration and user experience
  • Managed and updated functional requirements in Jira, ensuring alignment with technical delivery and traceability through design and testing phases
  • Designed and maintained Confluence project pages and knowledge base templates, which were adopted by other business process officers across the program
  • Supported end user acceptance testing (UAT), including coordinating stakeholder feedback and ensuring critical workflows were validated prior to release
  • Delivered tailored training to end users and created short video walkthroughs of key workflows in the Acacia system to support system onboarding and adoption
  • Used SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence to support consistent documentation, internal reporting, and collaboration across distributed teams

I reported directly to the Program Director and supported the broader project delivery team across multiple technical and business workstreams.
