I have a long track record of not only maintaining service standards but also improving them. In my present Palliative Care AIN role at Silver Chain, I have successfully managed a numerous terminal ill clients and support their families through the complexities of terminal illness. My dedication to client-centered care has been recognized by Silver Chain and Clients.

Support clients nearing the end of their life in the comfort of their own home, ensuring people receive the very best standards of care.

DUTIES:

• Help clients with bathing and showering, dressing, hair and oral care, going to the toilet and supporting bowel care according to provided care plans.

• Change and make hospital beds.

• Pressure area and skin care, repositioning Clients and educate families and carers.

• Attend simple wound dressing.

• Support spiritually and emotionally clients, families and carersduring the end of life.

• Working with Doctors, Registered Nurses and other health care professionals throughout the day
