Summary

I have a 40 year history of Enrolled Nursing, in England and Australia, both in the clinical settings as well as in the community.

My Nursing career has given me experience in all fields of patient care such as Aged care, Medical and surgical Nursing, Community Nursing and trauma and burns Nursing, all of which has included care for patients with intellectual disabilities and/or physical disabilities.

On moving to Canberra in 2019, I decided to apply said experience to work as a support worker to assist clients with their every day living needs, so as to help them remain in their homes . My position as a Disability support worker was most rewarding and I look forward to such a position again.
