After the completion of my Certificate 4 in Fitness at the end of 2022. I am currently seeking a team environment, where I can hone and put to use my skills, who are passionate about fitness and assisting clients towards their own fitness goals. I enjoy providing support to those new to exercise, ensuring they feel welcome and safe in the training environment. I'll be bringing experience in instructing clients on correct lifting techniques, program design, weight management and general health and wellness.
· Shelves stocked within a timely manner, making sure it is organized to a high standard.
· Transporting the goods from the fridge to the store, engaging and working with the team to make sure tasks are being completed.
· Helping a diverse range of customers with their enquires making sure to take the time to explain where items are located and showing them where they are.
· Looking after special promotional displays to engage the community to come into the store.
· Counting the stock levels and adjusting order forms to best suit what needs to come in for the next day.
· Maintaining a tidy work area, making sure any spills or debris are tidied up within a set time.
· Managing weekend staff, making sure to use clear communication so they understand what needs to be completed and clarifying any questions that they may have.
· Greeting customers over the phone in a respectful and polite way, making sure I answered any questions they may have had.
· Assisted in preparing anything that may have been needed later that night.
· Performing cleaning throughout the night.
· Communicating with Front of House managers if we were running low on stock.
· Managing time effectively to make sure orders were completed in an adequate time frame.
· Delegating duties to keep up throughout the night.
Cleaning the shelves, fridges, benches, phone area while maintaining the floor by keeping it swept and then mopping it at the end of the night making sure it was ready for the next day.

I have a Current Drivers License, First Aid and CPR Certificate. I recently acquired my Working with Children's Check(Volunteer).
While completing my Certificate 4 in Fitness, I attended a number of numerous classes to further develop my skillsets these included areas like The Lunge, Pushing and Pressing, The Deadlift, The Squat, The TRX, Swissball and Cables.
