• Conducted supporting investigations for master planning activities, including metocean investigations, navigation and channel development to PIANC standards, navigation simulations, and berthing and mooring layouts.
• Worked with a multidisciplinary team, including architects, and electrical, hydraulic, civil, and geotechnical engineers, to facilitate integrated solutions and ensure successful project completion.
• Collaborated with defence stakeholders to develop comprehensive project user requirements briefs.

Structural Design and Delivery

• Developed sound structural solutions for maritime infrastructure, including for wharves and jetties, boat ramps, offshore moorings, berthing energy, and fendering analysis, under the supervision of RPEQ/senior engineers.
• Gained maritime experience across diverse project areas, including defence, ports, Pacific nations, and state and local government sectors.
• Produced clear technical drawings and communicated designs effectively to clients, senior engineers, and drafting teams.
• Authored, reviewed, and edited technical documents to support various design phases, including basis of designs, user requirements briefs, project milestone reports, and technical specifications.
• Provided construction phase support by responding to contractor RFIs and verifying shop drawings and construction documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Conducted and led condition assessments and analyses for durability repair works, including WSCAM condition inspections.

Port Master planning

• Contributed to multiple port master plans, feasibility studies, and short-term infrastructure projects for various ports across Australia.
• Reviewed and assessed port facilities, evaluating current capacities against future demand potentials. Identified capacity shortfalls and developed planning or infrastructure solutions (maritime, road, rail, storage, etc.), including optioneering of port layouts for project cargo throughput.
• Conducted hydrogen/ammonia port site studies, evaluating the export potential of hydrogen and/or ammonia products to meet rising international demand. This included assessing new port options for greenfield sites and proposing upgrades or modifications to existing port operations.
