- Started as an Assistant Coach before being promoted to a Head Coach in April 2022.
- Involved in both the coaching and administration side of the business.
- Independently run a weekly tennis competition with close to 40 kids involved. Manage the business website in regard to competition results and have taken initiative in implementing a weekly reward system.
- Coached and co-ordinated Shelford Girls' Grammar GSV tennis teams in 2022 and 2023. I developed a positive relationship with the school and was specifically requested to run their GSV tennis program in 2023.
- Have consistently upskilled, becoming a Tennis Australia qualified coach, attended all PD opportunities and acquired additional skills such as racquet restringing.
- As a Head Coach I have been responsible for training up Assistant Coaches and providing advice and feedback to them to improve their coaching.
